Ruby on Rails Developer

We are looking for exceptional Ruby folk to join our team. You should love Test Driven Development and speak fluent Ruby.

Ideally, you should have experience with Ruby and RoR but a history of working on the web is a must. If you have lots of Java or PHP experience that's cool too - especially, if you have worked with MVC and know how to make things scale.

You must be passionate and enjoy working in teams of like-minded people. It's also good if you like challenging projects and solving problems. We're very involved in the Ruby community. We send our staff to Rails camps and conferences. Our CEO, Dan Draper is a Ruby veteran, is on the Ruby Australia committee and chairs the Adelaide.rb group.

We have offices in Adelaide and Launceston but will hire anywhere in Australia for the right person. Salary will range from $75k to $100k by negotiation.
